You can put this solution on YOUR website!
+log%284%2C+%28x%5E2%2B6%29%29=3

In exponential form, becomes 4%5E3=x%5E2%2B6 , a quadratic equation.
x%5E2%2B6=64
x%5E2=58
highlight%28x=0%2B-+sqrt%2858%29%29 ------- ( the zero put in only for rendering purposes on this site).

Hi,
+log+base+4+%28x%5E2%2B6%29=3+
x^2 - 6 = 3^4
x^2 = 87
x = ± sqrt%2887%29
