You've mixed up notation here. With , you are finding the inverse of f(x). The best way to do this is to first replace f(x) with y to get y=e%5E%28x-3%29%2B2. Next, swap x and y to get x=e%5E%28y-3%29%2B2. Finally, solve for 'y' (I'll let you do this) to find the inverse . Note: the inverse will contain the natural log.
