The change of base formuls is

log%28OLD_BASE%2C%28X%29%29%22=%22log%28NEW_BASE%2C%28X%29%29%2Flog%28NEW_BASE%2C%28OLD_BASE%29%29

Here the OLD BASE is e and the NEW BASE in 10. so

log%28e%2C%2818%29%29+=+log%2810%2C18%29%2Flog%2810%2Ce%29

Instead of "loge" we write "ln" for the natural log.

and instead of "log10" we just write "log" for the

common log, so

ln%2818%29+=+log%28%2818%29%29%2Flog%28%28e%29%29
