remember the properties (product property) when you add logs with the same base multiply. in this case
loga+XY+=+loga+X+%2B+loga+Y
so for your problem:
loga+12x5+=+loga??? figure that out now
also remember, when you subtract (quotient property) logs with the same base divide. if you multiple logs with the same base
loga+X%2FY=+loga+X+-+loga+Y

***Important everything to the right of the - sign goes in the denominator as long as the base is the same
(assume base is 10 when base is not displayed)
log+X+%2B+log+Y+-+log+X+%2B+log+Y
I see this a lot and it is wrong
log+%28XY%2FX%29Y
the correct way is
log+%28XY%2FXY%29
