Step 1. Subtract b from both sides of the equation

2x=13-b

Step 2. Divide 2 to both sides of the equation

2x%2F2=%2813-b%29%2F2

x=%2813-b%29%2F2

Step 3. ANSWER: x=%2813-b%29%2F2
