Exponential form means that the first REAL number should be _%3E=1, but _%3C10

10000000+=+10%5E7, but because the first number, which is a REAL number has to be _%3E=1, but _%3C10, we get: highlight_green%281.00%29.0 * highlight_green%2810%5E7%29, or, 1.0 * 10^7.
