            log%283%2C%28x%2B2%29%29 = 3%2Alog%28x%2C%283%29%29,

which is the same as

            log%283%2C%28x%2B2%29%29 = 3%2Flog%283%2C%28x%29%29.

This equation CAN NOT be solved algebraically.

It only can be solved numerically, using calculators that find zeroes of nonlinear functions.

The zero, found in this way, is x = 5.81725 (approximately).

But again, it can not be solved algebraically.
