X DISTANCE=(3+1)=4 SO WE SUBTRACT 4 FROM P=-4-4=-5
Y DISTANCE=9-5)=4 SO WE SUBTRACT 4 FROM P=5-4=1
NOW WE HAVE THE END POINT (-5,1)
