You can put this solution on YOUR website! All points equidistant from line segments AB and BC lie on the line bisecting the angle ABC. Now the additional constraint that it must be equidistant from points A and B requires a line perpendicular to AB at the midpoint of AB. The perpendicular line will intersect the line bisecting angle ABC at the point D in step 2
