You can put this solution on YOUR website! Allen, the situation is simpler than needing a hypotenuse. North and South are opposite directions. The cars travel makes no triangle. You simply have the northbound driver having gone 65*h miles and the southbound driver having gone in the opposite direction for 60*h miles; When they are 200 miles apart, we have
65h+60h=200
h=8/5
h=1 hour and 36 minutes.
