Mugabee was paid $240 for a 40-hour week
This meaans 240/40= 6 per hour
he received a 20 percent hourly raise = 6x1.20=7.2 per hour
working 60 hours
He really celebrated when he saw his paycheck = 7.2x60= 432
So he got 432 for the next week.

Cross check ..rate raise 1.2
hours 40 to 60 = 1.5
then 1.5x1.2=1.8
240x1.8=432 dollars OK.
