The shape is a parallelogram (rectangle) the right top corner has 3x in it. The bottom left corner has 63 degrees in it and the bottom right corner has 2y+ 7 degrees.

In a parallelogram adjacent angles are supplementary. From above we have
(i) 3x+%2B++2y+%2B+7+=+180
(ii) 2y+%2B+7+%2B+63+=+180
we can solve for y in (ii) as
(iii) 2y+%2B+70+=+180
then
(iv) 2y+=+110
dividing, we get
(v) y+=+55
Now we can solve for x in (i) as
(vi) 3x+%2B+2%2855%29+%2B+7++=+180
combine like terms to get
(vii) 3x+%2B+117++=180
subtract to get
(viii) 3x+=+63
and divide to get
(ix) x+=+21
