Question 139701: Hello,
I need to have and understand a formula for finding the midpoint between two points on the arc of a circle. I understand how x%5E2%2By%5E2=r%5E2 in a cartesian coordinate system and the intersecting chords rule. However, I can't make it any further than that. How can I make a midpoint formula?!
Sincerely,
John

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
if I understand your problem correctly,

a line through the center of the circle and the midpoint of the chord connecting the two points on the circumference
__ will intersect the circle at the circumferential midpoint
