A transformation T : (x, y) (x+%2B+3, y+%2B+1).
the preimage of the point (4,+3) is:
x+%2B+3=4-> x=4-3-> x=1
y+%2B+1=3)-> y=3-1-> y=2
the preimage of the point (4,+3) is (1,+2) and answer is B.
