You can put this solution on YOUR website!
This is a polynomial equation. Subtract the common parts to get the answer.

a%5E2-a%5E2=0, so a%5E2 cancels each other out.

9a-(-9a)=18a

5-5=0, so the 5s cancel each other.

You are left with 18a.

Also, to make the a%5E2, place a^2 inside three {, then close the bracket with three }. You can use this for any formula.

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
(a^2 + 9a + 5) - (a^2 - 9a + 5)

a^2 + 9a + 5 - a^2 + 9a - 5

(a^2 - a^2) + (9a+9a) + (5 - 5)

(0a^2) + (18a) + (0)

0a^2 + 18a + 0

0 + 18a + 0

18a
