With the remaining money, the class can invite guests to fill the remaining seats on the bus. Write and solve an equation to find the number of guests (G) the class can invite. Can u please help me make an equation for the problem and explain it for me please:)

Ok so you have $485 to begin with.
So after paying for the bus.
Now This is the amount remaining after you pay admission for the students and teachers. 42 students plus 2 teachers gives you 44, and you multiply buy the cost per ticket which is $5.
Since tickets are $5 each you can only invite one guest.
An equation would be
5*G = the amount of money left after the bus + tickets
