%285%5Ex%29%5Ey+%2A+%285%5E%283y%29%29%5Ez
the properties of exponents that you need for simplifying exponential expressions are:
%28a%5Em%29%5En+=+a+%5E%28mn%29 .....and
a%5Em%2Aa%5En+=+a%5E%28m%2Bn%29
Apply first this property %28a%5Em%29%5En+=+a+%5E%28mn%29, and you will have:
5%5E%28xy%29++5%5E%283yz%29
then apply this property a%5Em%2Aa%5En+=+a%5E%28m%2Bn%29, and you will have:
5%5E%28xy%2B3yz%29
5%5E%28y%28x%2B3z%29%29
