This is 2.5^4*(10^(-2))^4
The first is 39.0625 and the second is 10^(-8)
That isn't quite in scientific notation, so divide the first by 10 and multiply 10^(-8) by 10, which doesn't change the result, only the appearance.
3.90625*(10^(-7))
