it goes as -2(5-6)+10 (6-7)- 25 divided by 5= the book states the
answer is -13 while we end up with -7. How is the answer -13.

the forward slash standing for "division"
MULTIPLICATIONS AND DIVISIONS, next strictly from left to right
2+(-10)-5
which really is same as 2+(-10)+(-5), but the distinction should not be a problem here.
