From your second sentence,
2A=75%5Bx%5D---(2)
put 1 in 2
2%2837%5Bx%5D%29=75%5Bx%5D
From the above,
2%2A%283%2Ax%5E1%2B7%2Ax%5E0%29=7%2Ax%5E1%2B5%2Ax%5E0
Then,
2(3x+7)=7x+5
6x+14=7x+5
7x-6x=14-5
