Your question is not properly configured.
Typically Laplace problems are in the time domain so your functions are functions of time, y%28t%29, f%28t%29.
You have a mixed t and x variable equation.
Also, for second derivative problems you need y%280%29 and %28dy%2Fdx%29%280%29.
