r + s = 11/5
3r - 2s = 7/5

2r + 2s = 22/5 (1st eqn times 2)
3r - 2s = 7/5
--------------- Add
5r = 29/5
r = 29/25 --> x = 25/29

r + s = 11/5
29/25 + s = 55/25
s = 26/25
y = 25/26
