x=b-a
12x-3y=9b-6a
-12x-4y=-16b+20a
-7y=-7b+14a
y= b-2a

4b-4a- (b-2a)=3b-2a
3(b-a)+(b-2a)=3b-3a+b-2a=4b-5a
