You can't solve this graphically because the intersection doesn't land on one of the grid points so you'd be guessing.
But you can notice that the one line is y=-1 and substitute into the other,
4x-3=2%28-1%29
4x-3=-2
4x=1
x=1%2F4
So the solution is (1/4,-1).
