You can put this solution on YOUR website!
2/3+3y=5y-2/15
Subtract 3y from both sides and gather the numbers on one side:
2y = (2/3)+(2/15)
2y = (10/15) + (2/15)
2y = 12/15
y = 6/15
y = 2/5
