6x-y=7x-4 ...write it in slope-intercept form y=mx%2Bb where m=slope and b=y-intercept
6x-y%2By=y%2B7x-4
6x=y%2B7x-4
6x-7x=y%2B7x-7x-4
6x-7x=y-4

-x%2B4=y-4%2B4
-x%2B4=y ...as you can see mx=-x=> mx=-1%2Ax=>m=-1
so, answer is: C.+-1
