Like-terms are those terms that have the same variable.
The like-terms here are: 4K and -K
A coefficient is the number that multiplies the variable.
Here, the coefficients are: 4 (from the 4K) and -1 (from the -K because there is really a -1 multiplying the K to give you -K)
A constant term is a term with no variable.
Here, the constant is -10 (Be sure to include the negative sign when there is one)
To simplify, you simply combine the like-terms.
4K-10-K = 4K-K-10 = 3K-10 ...and that's it!
