Use the commutative principle of addition to interchange the 12 and the 8x

Use the associative principle of addition to move the parentheses from around
the first two terms to around the last two terms:

8x%2B%2812%2B13%29

Now we can add the 12+13 and get 25 instead of (12+13)

8x%2B25

That's it.
