by re-arranging you mean?

+c+=+b+%2F+%28a+%2B+b%29+
+c%28a+%2B+b%29+=+b+ by taking the denominator to the other side to remove the fraction part.
+ac+%2B+bc+=+b+ multiplying out the bracket
+ac+=+b+-+bc+ collecting all terms with "b" in on one side and all others on the other side
+ac+=+b%281+-+c%29+ factorise to get the "b" by itself
+ac%2F%281+-+c%29+=+b+ removing the unwanted factor by dividing.
