Suppose that the length of a certain rectangle is 2 meters less than four times its width. The perimeter of the rectangle is 56 meters. Find the length and width of the rectangle.
And, The perimeter of a triangle is 42 inches. The second side is 1 inch more than twice thr first side, and the third side is 1 inch less than three times the first side. Find the lengths of the three sides of the triangle.

L + w = 28m
(4w-2) + w = 28m
5w = 30m
w = 6m and L = 22m 4%2A6-2
And
x + (2x+1) + (3x-1) = 42in
6x = 42in
x = 7in
7in, 15in, 20in are the lengths of the three sides (add to 42in)
