Typically, that form IS already simplified. If you really mean factor the left member, then you might try forming the binomial factors which work:

(5s )(s ) using positive values of 6 and 1 or 2 and 3.
(5s+2)(s+3), (5s+3)(s+2), (5s+1)(s+6), (5s+6)(s+1).
Exactly one of those may work.
