You can put this solution on YOUR website!
2x%2B1+%2F3+%2B3+=+4+-+%28x%2B2%29%2F+2
start by movin all that's got x to left and all without x to right
2x%2B%28x%2B2%29%2F2=4-1%2F3-3
%284x%2Bx%2B2%29%2F2=1-1%2F3
%285x%2B2%29%2F2=%283-1%29%2F3
%285x%2B2%29%2F2=2%2F3 cross multiply
3%285x%2B2%29=2%282%29
15x%2B6=4
15x=-2
x=-2%2F15

PS WOW, that's a long time to stay away from math :) one to one tutoring might be helpful :)
Good Luck
