x/4+3*X/7=19/36

Multply thru by 36*7 to get:
9*7x + 36*3 = 7*19
-------
63x = 25
-------
x = 25/63
-------

Assuming only one variable, x. The capitalization seems strange; either use x or X. Not both unless you really mean both.

LCD is 4*7*9.

4%2A7%2A9%28x%2F4%2B3x%2F7%29=4%2A7%2A9%2819%2F36%29
63x%2B4%2A9%2A3x=7%2A19
%2863%2B27%2A9%29x=133
306x=133
x=133%2F306 seems not reducible ___________(19*7)/(3*103)
