WITH A SLOPE (m) OF -3/5 THROUGH THE POINT (1,5) WE FIND THE Y INTERCEPT (b) THUS:
5=-3/5*0+b
5=b SO WE HAVE A Y INTERCEPT OF 5.
THUS HE EQUATION IS
Y=-3X/5+5
