Substituting into x%2By=-46 we get
x%2Bx=-46-->2x=-46-->x=-46%2F2-->x=highlight%28-23%29 and,
since y=x, y=highlight%28-23%29

The graph would be a good check when done on graph paper, but it will not look very informative here.
To graph each line, you need to calculate the coordinates for two points, plot those points, and connect them with a straight line.
The line y=x is obviously the line going through (-30,-30) and (0,0).
The line x%2Bx=-46 obviously passes through (-46,0) and (0,-46).
