You can put this solution on YOUR website! You have two terms of x on the left hand side and none on the right hand side. Combine the terms of x using the reverse of the distributive property. You then will have x multiplied by a binomial expression. You undo this factor by multiplying both sides by the reciprocal of this binomial factor.
