F%28x%2910-sqrt%283-x%29 cannot be calculated for values that make 3-x%3C0 because negative numbers do not have a real square root.
If x%3E=3 --> x-3%3E=0 and the F%28x%29 can be calculated.
For any other value of x,
x%3C3 --> x-3%3C0, and the function does not exist (it is not defined).
The function exists only when x%3E=3 and that is the domain of the function.
