If is going to represent the minutes used, how would you account for minutes at $0.33 per minute? And how would you account for the $0.41 that only occurs once no matter how long you talk?
Now look at . gets multiplied by and then gets added on the end no matter what the value of might be.
Now think about all of that and then go write your equation.
