Question 767991: The perimeter of a rectangle equals the sum of the lengths of it's four sides. If the width of a Rectangle is 2 inches and it's perimeter is 30 inches find the length of the rectangle Answer by Cromlix(4381) (Show Source):
You can put this solution on YOUR website! Perimeter = 2*length + 2*width
30 = 2*length + 2*2
30 = 2*length + 4
2*length = 30 - 4
2*length = 26
length = 26/2
length = 13 inches.
Hope this helps.
