You can put this solution on YOUR website! A horizontal line will have the slope of 0. This is because the y value does not change but the x value changes. For instance, in the slope formula a horizontal line will have identical y values while the x changes. For instance, if we pick a horizontal line that goes through (0,2) and (2,2) we get:
