You can put this solution on YOUR website!
See "INFORMED", below:
At first looking at it is hard to understand. After several seconds of staring at what can be rewritten as this:

%28k%5E41%5E%282m%29%29%5E%281%2F2%29,
you should see the opportunity to use one of the rules about exponents. There is a rule that for some real number B, and a number a and b also real, %28B%5Ea%29%5Eb=B%5E%28ab%29. We use that.

Our next step is,
k%5E41%5E%282m%281%2F2%29%29=k%5E41%5Em
and we can go one more step, to:
k%5E41%5Em=k%5E%2841m%29

Not sure, did I misunderstand part of this? What is the actual symbol in your quotation marks? It still looks like the digit, "one", 1, or "1".

INFORMED: Not "1", but "L".

You actually start with %28k%5E%284%2AL%5E%282m%29%29%29%5E%281%2F2%29. If you follow the rule given earlier, that for such real numbers, %28B%5Ea%29%5Eb=B%5E%28ab%29, you will find that highlight%28%28k%5E%284%2AL%5E%282m%29%29%29%5E%281%2F2%29=k%5E%284Lm%29%29
