5x+x=7+4-45
6x=-34
x=-34/6
x=-17/3

5(-17/3+9)=7-(-17/3-4)
5([-17+27]/3)=7-([-17-12]/3)
5(10/3)=7-(-29/3)
50/3=7+29/3
50/3=(21+29)/3
50/3=50/3
