Draw a numberline like below.

Put a closed circle on -1 because it is greater than or EQUAL to.

Then draw a solid arrow going from the closed circle to the right.

This will be all the numbers x such that x%3E=-1

If it was strictly greater than, it would be an open circle at -1.

I apologize because I'm not sure how to draw the arrow for you on the number line.
