To find factors of this expression look at the numbers which are in front of the square terms, i.e. 9 and 25
The square roots of these numbers are (plus/minus) 3 and 5 respectively.
so we have (plus/minus) 3x and 5y
Thus (3x+5y)(3x+5y) are the factors of the expression.
(If the negative roots were used i.e. (-3x-5y)(-3x-5y). This would multiply out to give a coefficient of x of -30 not +30!)
