You can put this solution on YOUR website!
First, find slope
%2820-24%29%2F%2813-22%29+=+-4%2F-9+=+2%2F3
...
Use the slope and one point in point-slope formula
y-y1=m(x-x1)
y - 20 = 2%2F3(x-13)
y - 20 = %282%2F3%29x+-+%282%2F3%29%2813%29
y = %282%2F3%29x+-+26%2F3+%2B+20
y = %282%2F3%29x+-+26%2F3+%2B+20%283%2F3%29
y = %282%2F3%29x+-+26%2F3+%2B+60%2F3
highlight_green%28y+=%282%2F3%29x+-+34%2F3%29

I did this problem recently, you can look it up, or use what the other tutor did except for the reduction of the slope.
slope m = 4/9, not 2/3
rework it using that.
