You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Each time the wheel turns, it traces it's circumference,c, on the
ground, so if it turns 9 times, it traces 9c on the ground.
You are given that the trace of 9c =50 ft.
c+=+50%2F9 ft. answer
You don't need to know that pi+=+22%2F7. I think it was
thrown in as useless info.
