You can put this solution on YOUR website!
I presume this is how it is intended to be written
%283%2F%28x-4%29%29=1%2B%285%2F%28x%2B4%29%29

%283%2F%28x-4%29%29-%285%2F%28x%2B4%29%29=1

LCD = (x+4)(x-4)
Multiply equation by the LCD
3(x+4)-5(x-4) = (x+4)(x-4)
3x%2B12-5x%2B20=x%5E2-16
x%5E2%2B2x-48=0
x%5E2%2B8x-6x-48=0
x(x+8)-6(x+8)=0
(x+8)(x-6)=0
x=-8 OR 6
