No! I'm afraid you combined unlike terms!!

You need to FACTOR the numerator and denominator, then reduce the fraction:
%284x-28%29%2F%285x-35%29+
%284%28x-7%29%29%2F%285%28x-7%29%29+

Now, the (x-7) factors divide out, leaving the final answer =4%2F5.
