If the square number is even, then
it can be expressed as +%28+2n%29%5E2+
Because if it's square is even, the number
must be even.
+%282n%29%5E2+=+4%2An%5E2+
So, +4%2An%5E2+ is the square number and
is obviously divisible by +4+
