You can put this solution on YOUR website!
y%5E2=x%5E3-4x
set x=0 and solve for y to find y-intercept:
y%5E2=0%5E3-4%2A0=0.........y=0
y-intercept is at origin (0,0)
set y=0 and solve for y to find y-intercept:
0=x%5E3-4x...=>..0=x%28x%5E2-4%29..=>.0=x%28x-2%29%28x%2B2%29.....so, 0=x or x=2 or x=-2
